My counselling approach is described as genuine and one that embodies presence, humour, curiosity, insight, and empathy. I believe in the healing capacity in everyone. I am skilled in short term solution-focused motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapies, and in-depth psycho-dynamic therapies. My style is client-centred, creative, and holistic. I love my work and I feel a profound respect and gratitude for the people I supervise and clients I counsel.

Hrs: Tues-Wed for bi-weekly clients (10:30-12-1:30-3).
Thur: (10:30-12-1:30)
*No in office sessions at this time.
