You will be supported in a deepening of connection with self and others. Join me in this four-session journey of deep listening and support for one another.

Judith’s groups are best described as concrete, magical, and fun! Participants describe her as someone who embodies presence, humour, curiosity, and insight. She provides a strong climate of safety for participants to deepen into themselves.
